Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.G.ETHIRAJULU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.M.DURAISWAMY, Advocate for the 10th Respondent the court made the following order:- In this miscellaneous petition, on 13.10.2017, this Court passed the following order :- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"Challenging the preliminary decree passed in OS.No.16 of 2014, on the file of I Additional District and Sessions Court, Tiruppur, the plaintiff has filed the above appeal. The passing of final decree alone is stayed. It is made clear that other proceedings may go on.

Notice."

Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till this date. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and this petition is ordered accordingly.
