C.M.P.Nos.4851, 4857 & 4854 of 2020 C.M.P.Nos.4851, 4857 & 4854 of 2020 in S.A.No.819 of 2006 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., C.M.P.No.4851 of 2020 has been filed to condone the delay of 2801 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 1st respondent in the above Second Appeal.

2. C.M.P.No.4857 of 2020 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the first respondent in the above Second Appeal.

3. C.M.P.No.4854 of 2020 has been filed to bring on record the respondents 4 to 6 herein who are the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent as respondents 4 to 6 in the above Second Appeal.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

5. Though notice has been served on the proposed respondents 4 to 6 and their names are also printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them, either in person or through counsel.

7. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in S.A.No.819 of 2006 within a week. After carrying out the amendments, issue notice to the newly impleaded respondents 4 to 6 returnable by 26.10.2022. Private notice is also permitted.
