When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that though the defacto complainant had lodged a complaint under Sections 85 and 351(2) of BNS, 2023, and the same was registered in CSR.No.842 of 2024, she withdrew the complaint and as on date, no complaint is pending against the petitioner.
