ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner has addressed a letter to the Registry on 21.12.2022 seeking permission to list the matter for withdrawal. But however, the petitioner seeks for filing a writ petition on the same cause of action on the ground that by mistake in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, the petitioner has been disclosed as a widow, whereas, she is a spinster.
2. After recording the aforementioned letter, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty as prayed for by the petitioner is granted. No costs.
