ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to take further action in the petitioner's complaint dated 22.09.2019 and to pass appropriate orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Today, when the petition came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that in respect of the complaint dated 22.09.2019 given by the petitioner, the second respondent police has conducted an enquiry in CSR No.391 of 2019 and subsequently due to the administrative transfer, the same was misplaced. However, he would further submit that if the petitioner is ready to submit a fresh complaint, the same may be considered by the second respondent in accordance with law.
4. In view of the above submission, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh complaint before the second respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such receipt, the second respondent is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the aforesaid complaint.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
