This application has been filed to implead the proposed respondent 18th respondent in the Original Petition.

2. The application has been filed to implead the proposed respondent as the 18th respondent in the Original Petition. The Original Petition has been filed for probate of the Will of one S.Radhakrishnan Nayar. As the proposed respondent is also one of the beneficiary under the Will, she has to be impleaded as the 18th respondent in the Original Petition. Considering the fact that the proposed respondent is also a beneficiary under the Will, presence of the proposed respondent is necessary for proper adjudication in the above petition, this application is Ordered.

3. The applicant is directed to carry out necessary amendment and file Amended copy of the petition by 11.12.2023.

4. Notice to the newly impleaded 18th respondent returnable by 19.12.2023. Private notice is also permitted.
