ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) P.Lenin Raman, son of Pakkiri, a resident of Dr. Ambedkar Street, Kilkavarapattu Village, Panruti Taluk, has filed this writ petition for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made in Survey No.133/5 situated at Kilkavarapattu Village, Annagramam Union, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District.

2. Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned State Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3, submitted that respondents 1 to 3 will conduct survey of the land

in question and after survey if any encroachment is found, the same will be removed after notice to the encroacher.

3. Recording the submission made by learned State Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to conduct the survey of the land in question and after survey if any encroachment is found, the same shall be removed after issuing notice to the encroacher. The aforesaid exercise is directed to be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There will be no order as to costs.
