This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner herein shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8165 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9679 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police monthly once, on any working day, for a further period of three months and thereafter as and when required.
