This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30a.m until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8636 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5164 of 2023 in Crime No.68 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of respondent Police.
