ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH.J.,] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the detenu viz., Bhakkiyaraj S/o Kaliyaperumal before this court and set him at liberty.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing Mr.K.Shanmugam, Spl. Sub-Inspector of Police, Mayiladuthurai Town Police Station, [Mobile No.94981 65283] was present.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenu Bhakkiyaraj was secured by the police on 09.01.2023 and was handed over to the petitioner.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
