This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the order, dated 4/5/2017, passed by the fourth respondent and consequently, direct the fourth respondent to disclose all such information sought by the petitioner, in his application, dated 1/8/2016.

2. Heard Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent, Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Standing Counsel for the Page No:2/4

respondents 2 and 3 and Mr.Niranjan Rajagopalan, learned Standing Counsel for the fourth respondent.

3. Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, on 13/10/2022, learned Standing counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board submitted that they have furnished all the details sought by the petitioner, by way Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due. Learned Standing Counsel also produced the same before this Court and also to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. In such a view of the matter, no further order is required to be passed. Hence, this writ petition is closed.
