When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is the owner of the agricultural land situated in S.No.283/1 to the extent of 4.5 acres at Kolumanguli village, Dharapuram Taluk. The Central Government had granted permission to the 2nd respondent for the project of establishment of 400 KV DC Line with Quad HVDC connecting Pugalur High Tension Power Station and Arasur Electrical Terminus. submitted her objection for the erection of towers in her land. Since the said land of the petitioner was permitted to erect the tower line, the 1st respondent passed an order in Na.Ka.No.2586/2019/E1 dated 29.10.2019 granting permission to the 2nd respondent for erection of 400 KV DC line, following which, the tower lines were erected and compensation amount has also been paid to the petitioner. However, without ascertaining the above said facts, the petitioner has filed this Writ petition. Hence, the learned counsel for the respondents prays for dismissal of this Writ petition.

2. Taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for respondents and since the tower lines were erected and compensation amount has also been paid to the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication.
