This petition is filed to condone the delay of 280 days in paying the Deficit Court Fee of Rs.9,000/- in C.M.A.

SR.No.8121 of 2024 which is filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 7.12.2022 and made in M.C.O.P.No.2752 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Cuddalore (Principal Sub Court).

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is ordered and the delay of 280 days in paying the deficit court fees is condoned.
