This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.17744 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.

24819 of 2022 that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Ariyalur Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since, the petitioner has a life threat at Ariyalur, he prayed to modify the condition as the petitioner may be directed to report before the B1, North Beach Police Station instead of reporting before the Ariyalur Town Police Station.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Inspector of Police, B1 North Beach Police Station, Chennai, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.
