This petition is filed to condone the delay of 270 days in representing the papers in C.M.A.SR.No.8121 of 2024, which is filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 7.12.2022 and made in M.C.O.P.No.2752 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Cuddalore (Principal Sub Court).

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
