C.M.P.Nos.22103 & 22105 of 2022 in S.A.No.1235 of 2003 P.T.ASHA, J., The above petitions are filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant kadirvel and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant as appllants No.2 to 5 in the above appeal.

2. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, hence these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and list the above Second Appeal on 20.01.2023.
