C.M.P.Nos.27282 & 27283 of 2023 in S.A.No.1001 of 2006 G.ARUL MURUGAN, J., The sole appellant in this Second Appeal died on 13.04.2023 and these miscellaneous petitions in C.M.P.Nos.27282 & 27283 of 2023 are filed to (i) set aside the abatement, (ii) bring on records of the proposed appellants 2 to 8/legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant, respectively.

The petitioners have filed a copy of the death certificate in respect of the sole appellant and the legal heir certificate issued by the Tahsildar, Kanchipuram dated 27.05.2023 along with these petitions.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the respondent. The learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection. 4.
