This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14229 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15692 of 2023 dated 11.09.2023 directing the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police monthly twice i.e., on the first and last working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police monthly once, on any working day, for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required.
