This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.21010 of 2023 dated 05.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once on any working day at 10.30a.m., for a period of four months and thereafter as and when required.
