O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to quash the FIR registered against the petitioner in Crime No.13 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, as illegal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard Mr.H.Manivannan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and Mr.Ramesh, representing Mr.J.Franklin, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police on instructions would submit that in respect to the petition mentioned Crime Number, i.e., Crime No.13 of 2019, the respondent police herein had completed the investigation and filed a Final Report on 19.01.2020 as 'mistake of fact'. He would further submit that on the same day, in respect to filing of the Final Report, R.C.S. Notice No.1 of 2020 has been served on the petitioner. The said submission is recorded.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
