The petitioners/ A2 and A3 in Crime No.532 of 2023, registered under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) of IPC, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent. 3.It is stated that the de fact complainant is the owner of a theatre at Cuddalore. The petitioners herein are working in the canteen of the theatre and the learned counsel states that they had been working for about 15 years. A1 was the Manager of the theatre. It is stated that they are alleged of misappropriation of the amounts in the canteen and the petitioners herein had diverted the said amount to the account of A1. In view of these facts taking into consideration, that substantial investigation will have to be done about the actual amount so misappropriated and the trail of the money, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail, petition stands dismissed. 4.Accordingly, the anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. 15.11.2023 kp https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
