Respondents [in all W.Ps.] PRAYER in all W.Ps. : Writ Petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring that the merit list drawn by the fourth respondent for selection of candidates for admission to postgraduate degree / diploma / 5 year M.Ch., [Neuro Surgery] Courses in Tamil Nadu Government Medical / Dental and Self Financing Dental Colleges for 2003-2004 and published on 06.05.2003 is illegal and invalid.
