This petition has been filed to extend the time for another one month for complying with the conditional order dated 17.10.2023 passed in the above Crl.O.P.No.17123 of 2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioners to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 08.12.2023 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
