I have been assure that post withdrawal the charges against me under Section 203 and 205 will be dropped post withdrawal of this Petition.

Hence you may withdraw the above said Writ Petition and do the needful."

In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.
