This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of the investigation in Cr.No.170 of 2022 pending on the file of the second respondent to some other investigating agency.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, has submitted that the investigation has been completed by the second respondent and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pallipattu on 25.12.2022. It is further submitted that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pallipattu is yet to take the final report on file.

In the considered view of this Court, the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) are taken into consideration and there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pallipattu to act upon the final report filed on 25.12.2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this 2/4

order. It is left open to the petitioner to scrutinize the final report and if the petitioner is not satisfied with the same, he can always work out his remedy in a manner known to law.
