2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that a mistake has crept into the paragraph Nos.2 & 4 of the order passed by this Court vide order dated 16.11.2023. Accordingly, he prays for appropriate orders.

3. In view of the above statement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the paragraph Nos.2 & 4 of the order dated 16.11.2023 is to be read as follows:

"2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have transported 6 units of savadu sand in a lorry. Hence, the complaint.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) for the respondent stated that the petitioner had illegally transported 6 units of savadu sand without any permit. He also stated that there is no previous case against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner." 1/3

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the order dated 16.11.2023 and re-issue a fresh order copy. 5.Time is extended till 08.12.2023 for furnishing the sureties. 24.11.2023 rjr/ata 2/3
