This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 89 days in filing the above Writ Appeal against the order dated 21.09.2023 made in W.P.No.27133 of 2017.

2. Ms.M.Karthikeyani, learned counsel takes notice for respondents 1 to 6, 8 to 10 and submitted that she has no objection in the petition being allowed. 3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 89 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and print the name of the learned counsel who entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 6, 8 to 10 in the Writ Appeal and post the same in regular course.
