This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records of FIR in Crime No.448 of 2022 dated 22.10.2022 on the file of 1st respondent herein and quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that after investigation of this case, final report was prepared as "Mistake of fact" and it is yet to be filed before the Court. 3.In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), nothing survives in this petition. Therefore, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
