When the matter is called, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court, by order dated 25.11.2019, while condoning the delay of 157 days in representing the above Criminal Appeal, imposed a condition to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- towards the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority attached to this Court. Since the order copy was not made ready, the petitioner inadvertently effected payment of the said sum to the Chief Justice Relief Fund.

In view of the same, the delay is condoned. Registry is directed to number the appeal and list it for admission, if it is otherwise in order.
