This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the surety and deposit of Rs.5,000/- as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24120 of 2023 dated 20.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 01.12.2023 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
