This Application has been filed to set aside the order dated 10.10.2023 in O.P.No.373 of 2023 and restore the same.

2.Considering the nature of averments made in the application and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner to establish the case, this Application is ordered.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to effect a fresh paper publication in vernacular as well as in English daily mentioning that the case will be taken up for hearing on 08.02.2024.
