ORDER
The relief sought in this writ petition is to direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to consider the Petitioner's Representation dated 10.09.2023 for cancellation of forged Settlement Deed dated 06.11.2009 in Document No.8175 of 2009 for property comprised in Survey No.100/5 measuring an extent of Acre 0.93 Cents situated at No.24, Theerthaikaraiyapattu, Ponneri, Thiruvallur bearing Patta No.688.
2. There is no representation for the Petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate appeared on behalf of Respondents 1 to 3 submitted that this Court vide Order dated 27.06.2023 in W.P.No.18814 of 2023 categorically held that the District Registrars across the State of Tamil Nadu shall not taken any further action on the Applications submitted under Section 77A of the Registration Act, 1908, till a final decision is rendered by the
Larger Bench of this Court. Pursuant to the said order of this Court, 1st Respondent has issued a Circular No.03/2023 vide Letter No.36330/U1/2023 dated 29.09.2023 instructing all the District Registrars to stop conducting inquiries and passing orders under Section 77A of the Registration Act, 1908. 3.1. It is further submitted by the learned Government Advocate for Respondents 1 to 3 that the Division Bench of this Court vide Common Order dated 02.08.2024 in W.P.No.10291 of 2022 & etc. batch of writ petitions, declared the Section 77A of the Registration (Tamil Nadu Second Amendment) Act, 2022 as unconstitutional and void. Therefore, Respondents 1 to 3 has no power to consider and dispose of the Petitioner's Representation dated 10.09.2023 for cancellation of registered Settlement Deed dated 06.11.2009.
4. The above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate for Respondents 1 to 3 are recorded.
5. In view of the no representation on behalf of Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court to work his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
