Crl.M.P.No.536 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.447 of 2022 V.SIVAGNANAM. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.A.No.447 of 2022 dated 25.07.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that for the last 10 days, the petitioner has not complied the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner obeyed the condition imposed by this Court for the past 6 months from the date of granting of bail.

4. On perusal of the records, this Court finds that the Final Report has been filed and the same has been taken on file before the Trial Court. In this circumstance, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.No.447 of 2022 dated 25.07.2022 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly.
