This petition is filed to condone the delay of 70 days in filing the appeal against the Judgment and decree dated 21.12.2022 passed in MCOP.No.220 of 2018 on the file of MACT (IV Addl. District and Session Judge), Erode at Bhavani.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and the first respondent. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay of 70 days in filing the appeal is condoned and the petition is accordingly, allowed.

4.The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order.
