grandfather/convict namely Mr.Rengan @ Chinnathambi, S/o.Sadaiyan (CT.No.16440).

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the convict prisoner has already been granted leave by the prison authorities and that being the information provided, no further adjudication need to be passed.
