This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the judgment dated 17.02.2022 passed in W.A.No.2767 of 2021 by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 17.02.2022 has been complied with. A Compliance Affidavit along with the proceedings of the Respondent dated 25.03.2023 has been filed to that effect.

3. Recording the submission made by learned Additional Government Pleader and also proceedings dated 25.03.2023, this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
