2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of the proceedings dated 07.03.2024 and submitted that the petitioner's application for grant of patta has been considered and rejected.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner the challenge the proceedings dated 07.03.2024, in the manner known to law.
