ORDER
This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu.W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025.
2. These are case and counter. Both parties are present and have arrived at a compromise regarding the issue. Pursuant to the dictum of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Gian Singh -Vs State of Punjab & another, (2012 Page No.1 of 3
10 SCC 303), this is a fit case for exercising the powers under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
3. Accordingly, the cases in C.C.No.126 of 2022 & C.C.No.180 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No. I, Jayamkondam Taluk, Ariyalur shall stand quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer Cases stand disposed of.

The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
