PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or order of direction in the nature of a writ calling for the records relating to the order rejection in Letter No.496/Ni.Pi.2/Assistant.5/Ko.Va.Ve/2015 dated 12.03.2015 on the file of the 1st respondent and direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the applications of the petitioner dated 26.02.2015 and the reminder dated 20.08.2016 and to appoint the petitioner in the suitable post on compassionate ground. As against the original order dated 12.03.2015 passed by the 1st respondent herein, rejecting petitioner's request for Compassionate appointment, the petitioner had preferred an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
appeal on 20.08.2016 to the 2nd respondent herein and same is pending. While that being so, it would not be appropriate to parallelly adjudicate the present Writ Petition. However, if the Appellate Authority is directed to complete the appeal proceedings within a stipulated time, the ends of justice could be secured.
2. In the light of the above observation and without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to complete the appeal proceedings and pass final orders within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
