Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue an order of writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent herein, to transfer the patta in the name of the Petitioners in respect of lands measuring an extent of 0.72.5 hectares comprised in Survey No.419 situated at Chennathur Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, based on the representation dated 18.08.2017.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent herein, to transfer the patta in the name of the Petitioners in lands measuring an extent of 0.72.5 hectares https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

comprised in Survey No.419 situated at Chennathur Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, based on the representation dated 18.08.2017.

2.The Tahsildhar/third respondent logged in and made a statement that the patta has been amended in due compliance of the order of this Court dated 16.03.2021. The Tahsildhar made a statement that the order of this Court has been dutly complied with, that the patta has been mutated and the on-line patta has been corrected. He also tried to show a copy of the computerized patta on-line, which is not visible. But, this Court takes the word of the Tahsildhar.

3.The said statement of the third respondent is recorded. 4.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous Petition is closed.
