] This petition is filed to extend the ordinary leave granted to the prisoner, namely, Palanisamy, S/o.Rajan, aged about 43 years, from 13.11.2023, by order made in W.P.No.21693 of 2023 dated 13.10.2023, for a further period for 20 days.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer in this petition has become infructuous and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
