ORDER

Mr.A.Rajaperumal, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents/R1 to R3, produces a copy of proceedings dated 23.12.2019 in e/f/vz;/1374-m2-2019, wherein the respondents have stated in the penultimate paragraph of the order, that the emoluments due to the petitioner from 01.01.2013 shall be paid over as soon as R4 i.e. Dominic Savio Higher Secondary School forwards a proposal quantifying such amount. The petitioner states that she will pursue the matter with the school. The official respondents will pay over the benefits due to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from date of receipt of the proposal in this regard from the school. 2.Recording the aforesaid, this Contempt Petition is closed.
