Crl.M.P.No.681 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.28178 of 2022 G. CHANDRASEKHARAN, J., This petition is filed to implead the proposed the second respondent as a party in Crl.O.P.No.28178 of 2022.

2. Mr.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the proposed second respondent has submitted that he has no objection for allowing this petition.

3. From the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it is clear that it is necessary to implead the proposed second respondent for the effective adjudication of Crl.O.P.No.28178 of 2022 and hence this petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to implead the proposed second respondent in the cause title and post the matter for final hearing on 02.02.2023.

6. The interim order already granted by this Court is extended till then.
