Prayer: This petition is filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent herein to consider the representation dated 23.05.2022 and to take necessary action again the 2nd and 3rd respondent for verbal abuses, abusive of powers and violation of order in W.P.No.5943 of 2022 dated 16.03.2022 and pass orders.

ORDER
By consent of learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent herein to consider the representation dated 23.05.2022 and to take necessary action again the 2nd and 3rd respondent for verbal abuses, abusive of powers and violation of order in W.P.No.5943 of 2022 dated 16.03.2022 and pass orders.

The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner of the subject property and the electricity connection which stands in her name was misused by one illegal occupier, due to which the petitioner gave representation to the second respondent on 22.09.2021 to disconnect the electricity connection. It is pertinent to note that she also filed a W.P before this Court in W.P.No.5943 of 2022 to consider her representation 2/6
and this Court vide order date 16.03.2022 directed the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner. Thereafter, the electricity connection was disconnected by the second respondent. To the shock and surprise the second respondent illegally restored the electricity connection, due to which the petitioner gave another representation to the second respondent on 23.05.2022 and the same was not considered. The grievance of the petitioner is that when the said aspect was questioned by the petitioner the second respondent abused the petitioner with unparliamentary language and there is no progress in the representation dated 23.05.2022 and the same is still pending. Hence, this petition.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice if a direction is given to the respondent to consider his representation dated 23.05.2022 and pass orders as early as possible.
5. The learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that they will consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass orders.

6. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
8. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
