This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 12.10.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.14977 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18568 of 2023 to report before the learned Principal District Judge, Nagapattinam, once in a week i.e., every Monday till the completion of trial.

3.Let the petitioners continue with the said condition imposed by this Court by an order dated 12.10.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.14977 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18568 of 2023.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
