This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.19485 of 2023, order dated 12.09.2023, in paragraph no.6(b) the petitioner shall stay at Tirunelveli and report before the Inspector of Police, Tirunelveli Town Police Station daily morning at 10.00 am., until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The petitioner shall sign before the Inspector of Police, Tirunelveli Town Police Station everyday morning at 10.30 am., for a further period of 10 days and thereafter, shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Vanur Police Station at Villupuram, everyday morning at 10.30 am., for a further period of 10 days and thereafter, appear before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court Vanur, till the matter is committed to the Court of Sessions and thereafter during the Court hearing dates before the Court of Sessions. 4.Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed 19.12.2023 kp https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
