Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner for voluntary retirement dated 10.05.2016 from the post of Anganwadi Worker and to pay all the monetary benefits inclusive of pension within a stipulated time.

O R D E R
The petitioner herein seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to consider her application for voluntary retirement from the post of Anganwadi Worker.

In the counter-affidavit filed by the third respondent herein, it is stated that the petitioner was terminated from service on 05.08.2017 by the first respondent in his proceedings No.Se.Mu.Na.Ka. 2/5
No.1378/A1/2015 on the ground that she had failed to attend the duty for more than one year and 10 months from 28.09.2015. 3.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that no such termination order has been served on the petitioner. 4.
This Court does not intend to go into the disputed fact that such termination order was served or not. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order of termination dated 05.08.2017 to meet the ends of justice. As such the prayer sought for by the present writ petitioner is not considered in the present writ petition. 5.
