This petition is filed to condone the delay of 134 days in representing the appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.65428 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4. It is underscored that in the eventuality of the appellant succeeding in the appeal to be taken on record, he would not be entitled to interest for the delay period of 134 days.
