Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 38 days in filing the above criminal appeal in Crl.A.SR.No.58160 of 2019, against the order dated 14.08.2019, made in Special S.C.No.46 of 2016, by the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Salem, is hereby condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the above criminal appeal in Crl.A.SR.No.58160 of 2019, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
