This civil miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 117 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.1400/- in C.M.A.SR.No.84406 of 2024 against E.C.No.281 of 2021 on the file of the Deputy Commissioner of Labour - Salem.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
